This was my first time going to this Drive-In so possibly the situation for the concession stand is different however my experience was good and bad. We pulled up to pee staff very friendly and great. Found a parking spot which at first we loved and then realized a big satellite dish on top of concession stand building was in our way a little bit. It was no big deal but was obvious it was there. The drive-in Sully makes money from their concession stand profits to upkeep therapist that is per the website I read so with that being sad no outside food or drink is allowed in. My family and I were absolutely fine with that it is cash only. About an hour and two the first movie we decided to go get snacks a funnel cake and drinks, I walked into the concession stand building it was absolutely outrageously packed both sides of counter had lines of people waiting to order. I waited in line for 30 minutes and it was frustrating because not only was it a ridiculous wait time there was no AC in the building or fans or any air circulation so we were all standing in line waiting and sweating. The funnel cake was delicious. 😊 Honestly I would give a 5-star review if it wasn't for my experience at the concession stand. Again this is our first time going to this Drive-In so maybe it's not always like that but if it is it's a crazy wait and they really need a better system especially when you miss half the movie just for a quick snack or a refill on your drink.

I would give 5 star but the concession stand lacks quite a bit. Maybe 2 star for concessions and small bathrooms. The lot itself is great and the people were friendly. The line for concessions started basically when they opened at 645 and there were lines out the door from then till into the start of the second movie at almost 11pm. I missed the first few minutes of the second movie because of this. No view of the screen and they don't even have speakers inside to listen. I understand why you can't bring in food but they need to change how the concession stand is run. The time it takes to get in and out is absolutely ridiculous. I had to wait in line for 30+ minutes for popcorn and nachos. Oh and I burnt my tongue on the nacho cheese. (Be warned) it's not warm, or hot. It was basically scalding even by the time I got back to my car. If you want anything in concessions get there when they open and get in and out before the movie starts, if not be prepared to miss part of either the first or second movie.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this awful establishment, and it was by far one of the worst drive-in experiences I've ever had. From the moment we pulled up, the staff was shockingly rude. Not only did they make us feel unwelcome, but they also seemed to enjoy harassing customers. The person working the ticket stand was beyond rude. She was impatient and dismissive, rolling her eyes and sighing loudly at every question we asked. She was also incredibly curt and when we realized it was cash only, she became extremely upset at us, despite the only sign for this being AT the ticket stand. There are no signs for entrance and exit and it is easy to mix the two up and if you happen to accidentally do this, they swarm you like a pack of feral dogs. The ticket prices are outrageous too.

When I went to get concessions, the lines were HOURS (yes, plural) long. I decided it wasn’t worth the wait and when I looked towards the end of the movie, the line still stretched outside the door and the same people were still waiting, having barely moved more than a foot forward. I happened to get a look at the prices and they were sky high! The prices weren’t even fit for a dog!

The overall cleanliness of the place was appalling. The field was littered with trash, and the inside had sticky floors and was covered in grime. It was clear that the staff didn't care about maintaining a hygienic environment, which made me question the safety of the food.

To add insult to injury, the bathrooms were filthy and lacked basic supplies like soap and toilet paper. The doors had no locks either. It was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not priorities for this establishment.

Overall, my visit here was an absolute nightmare. The rude staff, terrible food, and disgusting conditions make this place one to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to have a drive in experience—this place is HORRIBLE and not worth your...

If I could give below 1 star, I definitely would. The night started off not too terrible, aside from the almost 2 hours in the concession line. Ended terribly with the worker berating me and my family, cussing us, as well as name calling. She called what we were told was a “cop” over, who never identified himself, only showed me a “badge” AFTER me saying I was going to call the cops and asking for a badge number because the women was getting so irate with us, who got in mine and my brothers face, called me ignorant and said that I “obviously lack common sense” because I stated that the women who told us she would help us fix the “safety concern” didn’t say she would be back so I was unaware that she was coming back. We were told 3 different times that everything we were doing to try and allow our 8 kids to watch the movies, was a safety concern and when I asked what else I could do, I was met with aggression. She also tried to state that refunds were not to be given out “it states on their website” that is their policy. When I pulled up the website for her to show me, again I was met with aggression and name calling. The worst drive in I have ever been to, I would rather drive over an hour to go to Stanford than ever deal with this...
