We highly recommend Red River Outdoor Living for any of your landscape needs. We can’t say enough about the Red River Outdoor Living Team. We had our yard landscaped after tornado damage to our home. Our yard was leveled , old flower beds were removed and leveled with all new flower beds with river rock installed and French drains installed and our walkway was removed and new concrete poured. All of the employees of Red River are very professional , courteous and extremely knowledgable of the landscape and outdoor living business. Jennifer was wonderful at returning our calls timely and was extremely attentive to our requests and needs by personally visiting our home . All of the work performed was timely and perfectly orchestrated to complete the work on time as promised. There were daily on-site visits and follow up by management to ensure our satisfaction as work was completed as well as contact via texts and/or emails from the initial Sales contact to the completion and acceptance of the work performed. We hired Red River after observing the landscape transformations they were making on the campus of East Texas A&M University and are extremely pleased with the results. Jennifer and Paul delivered excellent customer service, giving our small project the same attention I’m sure they give to larger clients. Chucho, José, Shane, and Rafael installed new river rock beds, flagstone paths with crushed granite and turf. This team does good work. I had a challenging project but they handled it like the pros they are. They did a good job of cleanup upon completion. Only negative thing I would say is be careful what material substitutions you allow them to make. They had a hard time getting some of the larger beams so I consented to a substitution of material that detracts from the overall appearance a bit. That one’s on me I guess.
