Lack of communication in store and between district manager. I had been a customer for 10+ years and told them to come pick up their stuff and they refused. I had the furniture for 3 days and all the recliners on the couch and loveseat broke. I informed them of that and nothing was done. 2 months later they decide to pick it up and lock my account cause of damage to the furniture. They will gladly take your money... I wouldn't waste my breath or time in this place again. I bet none of the employees even stood up for us when something was said about locking...

They then passed me at a high rate of speed, and very quickly were out of sight. The speed limit there is 55 MPH, which I was going.
