Outstanding ! Growing up Western Illinois farm country and always purchasing a half a steer from local farmers I can be a bit of a pain in the rump when buying from local butchers.

The selection AND quality clean meats, including pork butt, spare ribs, steak and boneless chicken breasts AND fresh salmon , you won't be hard-pressed to find better. Photo attached salmon we smoked two days ago absolutely amazing quality.

Absolutely blows away anything you will find at Kroger Walmart and yes, even Aldi . No food coloring nonsense and compare one of their boneless chicken breasts in terms of colour and texture to compared with grocery stores , you'll see for yourself the quality.

The owner and his staff, helpful, friendly and their prices are outstanding !

IF YOU LOVE POTATO SALAD (ESPECIALLY LOADED)...... THEN YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO GO TRY THEIRS!!!! I WOULD GIVE ANYTHING TO HAVE THEIR RECIPE FOR IT... I inquired about getting some pork belly on a Tuesday(hard to get around here sometimes). They didn't have any, but they offered to order fresh or frozen.
