Clean area. Portable restroom wasn't horrible but not necessarily clean. Only two park benches, one on each side of the pond. Nice breeze. Very little noise from the road. The pond has four bubbles keeping the water from being stagnant. Not too many geese. A few small trees provide a...

There is decent crappie, largemouth bass and bass in here, I've cutt quite a few gigs size Largemouth out of here, you wouldn't think there would be much as it looks fairly small, but it's decent. Good walking...
