Patchouli Garden LLC — Local services in Park Falls

I've been a devoted customer with Patchouli Garden for over 20 years. I've been buying the same perfume from them all this time and never a day has gone by where someone didn't ask me what fragrance I was wearing, as they loved it. People have come to know me by this scent over time...as a good thing. I haven't lived in Park Falls for over 17 years now, so I've been ordering my product online and I usually order 4 bottles or more to last me over 2 years. I recently purchased 4 more bottles as I was on my last one. Upon opening and spraying to wear, I noticed the scent was surely not the same that I've come to love. Not even close. I decided to look at the bottles to see if there was a difference and surely there was. The original was Egyptian Musk Original...the new bottles were labeled Egyptian Musk Body Spray. The original has only two ingredients while the new one has 8. I called the store in hopes of getting an answer as to why they changed the product and why they didn't even bother to let me know as an fyi that the product changed to make sure that this was truly what I wanted; especially since I've been buying the same product from them for over 20 years. No one answered at the store, so I left a kind message for them to call me back because I had a few questions. I never got a call back. I'm very dissappointed in this new product...seems very very watery and surely doesn't smell even close to what the original did. I'm also very disappointed in the way they handeled and didn't handle this situation. They lost a dedicated customer of over 20 years because they didn't feel the customer had the right to know that they changed the product and sent me something with a totally off scent. Now I go online for their store and they no longer make anything labeled Egyptian Musk?? I'll never buy from them again. The stuff doesn't smell...

BEWARE! If I could give it a zero, I would! I purchased this lotion last week through Amazon.. the lotion smell is not right, it's a terrible smell instead. It's after tones lingers with a "chemical" smell. Sort of like WD40 would smell. It does not have the true "musk oil" smell at ALL! It's chemicals made to mimic the musk oil smell. The kicker is.... free shipping UNTIL you want to return it. If you return it, all the shipping comes out of your refund. What's the sense in that? I'll get a 2 dollar refund on something that was 16 dollars? This is a third party company through Amazon... it has nothing to do with Amazon or their policy of free returns. VERY SNEAKY!! BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I'm warning you ahead of time before you spend your hard earned money on this stuff. DO NOT Buy!...

I bought four roll-on oils. One of them smells like an entire generation of 70's babies, one smells JUST like when I burn Nag Champa, one smells like sweet vanilla, and the last one smells like an entire field of wild flowers.

These scents are to die for. They are beautiful. They're strong WITHOUT being over powering. They're easy to apply and very on-the-go. I will say that, with previous roll-on perfumes from other stores, I didn't have to run it in. These ones will sit wet on your skin, so just take a finger or two and rub it in for a few seconds. The scents don't dissipate after a few hours, either. They stay strong a whole work day after I applied it.
