So I bought not 1 not 2 but 3 muskey mojo poles.. .....bought 3 at 150$ each Dec 4th ....Dec 10th not but a week later....they're where 100 each....any customer would have been sour about that.......before i go on this rant my client also bought 2 muskey mojo poles the day after shipped to elkhart...and one of my friends whos also a guide bought a few out of hammond.....Guides are the customers you want we influenceoutlr clients purchases.............. I contacted customer service with no return calls. Mind you i called twice left email and contact number........when I was at Sears, Best Buy, Walmart as a kid if we marked down the price of an item you bought within 30 days we would refund the difference to you.....(as you could return it and rebuy for the lower price).....I called left message as the person I talked to transfered me to a woman's line no return call left message on after hours voicemail...no return call again......smh....with the fact they can't even call me back to tell me to kick rocks is sad. With the amount of money these poles are I exspect nothing but exceptional customer service.....I would have been happy with store credit of the difference even....just blows my mind they don't seem to care about good service let alone exceptional service.....I'll be buying dobyns, or G-Loomis...

I went there driving 4 hour one way to get help with my broken “garbage “ rod for 250 dollars … and what I got was just a swab of a pice from the back and I would like to spend some money to buy a good reel . Then they assured me that the st. Croix new reel is great ! I slowness 140 for that plus bought some other staff. . So over 200 dollars . Then I went fishing . And everything start falling apart . I lost 5 lures with the line they put me somewhere in the back. The reel don’t like to even talking about . Then I called them and they told me to send everything in a bag and they will take care ?? So I need to pay 50 to send everything back ?! I drove 8 hours and they just disrespected me and discriminating me so bad that I will have to pay more to get this fixed . I asked if I can return that and they never offer me that . So ALL this talk that this is the best fishing place is just one big SCAM !!! I spend between me and my brother close to 2000 and got this ????? NEVER EVER AGAIN . If you like to have a reputation that you are trying—- stop been discriminating people and be the same for everyone. I would never go there in my life ! Same as my brother and my friends . He was looking at one I showed him a different one next thing I knew he had 2 rods, & reels picked out a couple of new hats and with the purchase of a sale rod he got so much worth of free sale items that had a bunch of lures & other tackle items he picked out. With the reels they asked him what type of line he wanted, & they set them up as he requested. I did get the guy who brought the reels out when he had them completed I wish I had gotten a picture of the look I received it was priceless when I told him it was the wrong color I wanted blue, after a pause I continued to state because it's a prettier color. The cashier could hardly keep her laughter in when I started but the look of relief on his face when I smiled was well worth it. The employees were great they were so nice and helpful, and put up with me that is always a plus when they can laugh also which is difficult when working in retail when you're busy. Kudos to the staff especially to those that helped us that day!
