Truck driver here. I had a delivery today 12/20/2022, I arrived around 03:00 pm. This place is quite big. There are loading docks everywhere. I don't know why the bad reviews, I really didn't have a bad experience. In fact, it was rather pleasant. I arrived and walked to a door where a cool guy named Eugene took my paperwork and got me a door. I docked, and I was done in less than 1 hour. After unloading, a guy came out and gave me the BOL's signed. They allow overnight parking, which is very nice (my clock had run out). Overall, it was great. But if management read these reviews, I'd like to point out a few things that can make deliveries for truck drivers better.

1)You should have a receiving office. Even if that's a small booth, that'd be great, I honestly had no idea where to go when I arrived because nothing here is labeled (but the loading docks, they have numbers).

2)You should have potty restrooms outside. Your actual restrooms look pretty bad and scary.

3)The ground where your loading docks are should have lines coated with some paint or white dust so people can properly back, it's very difficult to figure out how to straighten up the trailer because from my mirror the actual dock seemed to be out of alignment.

It's my understanding that proffer generated over $7,000,000 in revenue last year. Throwing $2K out there to make this easier for everyone doesn't sound bad.

But...

Great people here. I came in the night before my appointment. Talked to the yard jockey here. He told me exactly what to do. You can come in here all hours of the night. Lots of overnight parking here. If you come in after hours the door to check in at is beside dock doors 6-10. There's a slot next to the door. On your bills put your name, company you drive for, truck or trailer number, and your phone number on the bills. Drop your bills in the slot. When they come in in the morning they will either knock on your door or call you and tell you what door to back your trailer into. Also you can drop your trailer and go to the truck stop to eat or park there or whatever you want to do. They come in around 745 am and start calling or knocking on driver's doors around 8 am to get you in a door to get you unloaded. I'm giving two stars because coming in at 745 is true. Not getting into a door until 130 pm and it's now 430 pm. Still sitting in a door. They unloaded me in about 45 minutes. Now waiting on paperwork and for them to count...

I made a delivery thrusday afternoon I pulled was greeted by the yard man John he was hateful and disrespectful he said it not his job to tell me where to go to or where to even park. I pulled up by the fuel island got out and was greeted by 2 more yard people Kenny and james they was putting fuel in a truck . I asked them where do I check in at they pointed me to door 6 to check in with Eugene. When I was walking away John came up being disrespectful to the other 2 yard crew for telling me where to check in at . Other than John got unloaded quick and fast was there for less than a hour thank you Kenny and james for being so helpful . I feel sorry for them working this this...
