I had the pleasure of working with Liberty Pro Lights (Jay Erwin) for our holiday decorations last year, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They truly went above and beyond their word, completely exceeding our expectations.

From the moment we contacted them, the team was an absolute joy to work with. They were professional, attentive, kind, and genuinely passionate about creating a magical holiday atmosphere for our family. They offered a wide range of decoration options to choose from, ensuring that every customer could enjoy a beautifully adorned home that fits within their budget. This flexibility was incredibly refreshing.

The attention to detail in their Christmas light installation was remarkable. Not only did they quickly deliver on their promises, but when we later noticed one bulb had shifted after a heavy storm, I called Jay and they were there right away to fix it even though I said it wasn’t a rush.

What sets this company apart is their dedication to customer satisfaction. They were always responsive to our questions and made sure every aspect of the installation was perfect. From the initial design to returning the night of installation to do a special reveal and allow time to approve the final display. The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and a pure delight.

Equally impressive is their commitment to long-term customer care and satisfaction. I intentionally waited to write this review until we experienced their follow-up process this year. Once again, the team did not disappoint. Jay reached out on September 1 as promised to schedule our annual installation. Options were offered and he ensured we were able to get the installation date we wanted. It’s rare to find a company that cares so deeply about maintaining the magic they create once they think they have your business.

Celebrations start early for my husband and I as we celebrate the festival of lights, we've previously attempted to put lights on our home outside and failed miserably.

This year we decided to get the professionals involved!

After researching we found Liberty Pro Lights and really loved the honesty of Jay on his website.

Jay is one of the kindest and honest persons that my husband and I have met.

Jay is communicative and a perfectionist and also has sound knowledge of what looks good - it was great being able to create a new color combo with him.

Jay was on time and for what he does, his prices are reasonable and no force on an upsell, he works with your budget.

The best part is the reveal at night, I'm not a kid but the light reveal brought back that childhood magic for me.

I was in town for Thanksgiving and wanted to surprise my Dad and have someone install Christmas lights. I googled and found Jay and read all the amazing reviews so called him.

I wish there were 10 stars because he deserves them!

I was blown away at the service and heartfelt job that he and his team did. He came the SAME DAY and installed during the day and then came back that night to ensure that they all worked perfectly.

What a surprise it was when he returned that night with his truck all lit up with Christmas lights and his team dressed up as 2 Christmas "Elves" he texted me to bring my family outside and he proceeded with a beautiful unveiling and presentation of the PERFECT lights complete with Christmas music and Christmas cookies for everyone! WOW, WOW, WOW! What a blessing he was for my family.
