I recently found a used vehicle online being offered by Brass Hiwy 57 Ford. I called the dealership and spoke to Steve Brass. Steve was very helpful and answered all my questions. He described the car as a 9.5 and informed me of it's history as his dealership had serviced the car for a number of years. Steve was very accomdating and helpful. After several phone conversations we decided to drive from Colorado to Cedar Falls to hopefully purchase the car. Upon our arrival in Cedar Falls we finally saw the car. I purchased a used 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium from Steve at Highway 57 Ford. I was so tired of the auto dealership experience (playing games on price etc). It was so refreshing coming to Steve who was direct and up front about pricing and worked hard to find the car I wanted. It took some patience, but Steve helped me not settle until we found the right vehicle. Steve also did everything to make the experience as streamlined as possible. Once the car arrived he even changed the oil for me before I picked up the car.
