Jacob Crevier took my idea for an engagement ring and executed it in a way that surpassed my original thought. And he did this all over email. It was incredible how attentive he was and I loved the way that he was able to save me from myself without unilaterally making the decisions for me. Ultimately, he wanted to make the ring that I wanted and not just make the ring that he could complete quickly. I felt cared for throughout the process and he made great efforts to communicate via email, phone and text according to my schedule. I have never commissioned a piece of jewelry before, so I didn't know how this was supposed to go. With that in mind, I don't know how this could have gone any better.
