I surprised my husband with a meat tour on Saturday. SO GLAD we stopped at Cook's meat locker! A great assortment of brats, sticks and jerky. We grabbed a few items and immediately broke open the Honey Swiss sticks and headed towards our next stop. First words from my husband "Boy, thats good." I have to agree, they were fabulous, well blended with a good bite. We have a cabin in the mountains with grand kids for the aspen glow and some trout fishing in the fall. We had a full beef butchered here (our family has 4 total being butchered) My mom went to pick it up. We had to supply our own containers (every other locker we’ve used provides flats), then they wouldn’t help her load the meat (she is in a walking boot due to foot problems) she had to come back with someone who could help her load it (every locker I’ve picked up meat from loaded it for me without asking). The experience I had here was not the most pleasant, the man that helped me was what I would consider snobbish.. (after I left the review they called and told me to put in that they claim I was being argumentive, which I don't know for sure where they got that) or seemed they didn't have the most respect for their customer. I will not again bring meat here to get butchered, and will continue to make people aware of the sadly lacking customer service here.. (the deer sticks do taste...
