If I could give zero I would.had our chainsaw for 4 months every time I came in there to check on it was told it was taken apart and the guy working on it wasn't there that they would call. they never called or had any information for me about it when I came there. told them multiple times I just wanted it back. finally got it back with a sticker on it and a tag and charged me money and they never even did anything to it or fix it. Took my chainsaw to get fix, and ask them to start it just to make sure it is fix. After trying to start it 3 times , he could not get the pull rope to pull out. He came back and said motor lock up. I was so upset cause he said he fix what was wrong with chainsaw but now motor is lock up. He walk away and ask for a refund and was told they could only give me parts refund and removing the parts they installed. They never even explain why motor lock up when it was working before. Our Gravely lost a belt, wouldn't start. So Freedom outdoors picked it up on 7/6 . They had to replace battery, rebuild carburetor, change hydraulic fluid an the two filters, replace a pulley that had some time come off. And they delivered it back Friday of the same week.
