I am so glad I found this place! I have been going since before they blew up and have gladly been sharing their info with anyone working in their home projects! I’ve gotten trim, tile, random house hold item, a ceiling fan. They have great products at very fair prices. Employees are always very nice and willing to help when I go. I had to return something, despite the no refunds policy, I got received store credit for returning (Other small resale shops don’t do that, I am happy about this). I love how they go above and beyond to help the community when there is something that happens. With hot deals they always sell out fast but I am glad to have gotten an item once in a while!! I can’t always make the trip especially with my work hours but when I can make it to the shop, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Water bottles are available once in a while. They truly care about their customers, I have never seen any resale company do the things like Remodel Depot. They got me as a customer and referral. Manager straight up lied to me and my fiance face we asked him yesterday if they were going to get more fans like the one sitting on the counter and he told us more than once they would have a palette of them this morning. We have 1 car so I had to drop my fiance off at work and came straight here because we live all the way in Rosharon I waited for almost 2 hours and they didn't have any of those fans. I'm on disability and sitting for that long really killed my back. If he was any kind of manager he would have told us yesterday that it would be assorted fans but don't know if they will get the fans we wanted. Such a big waste of my time and gas and now my son can't put them up for me today. We asked him at least 4 times about that particular fan we both told him we wanted that specific fan and I was told I couldn't pay ahead of time that I had to be there before 9:00 am because that fan keeps selling as soon as they open because everyone...

Very glad I found this retail store , yesterday Sunday afternoon went to go pick up the 93 boxes of vinyl I purchased and some tile . Was definitely going to pay twice the money at the other tile stores. Did not get exactly the 93 boxes of vinyl , I miss calculated my home square footage. talked to the supervisor, very respectful by the way Talked few things out with him. Ended up giving me a great deal on tile ! Couldn’t say no to the great offer , I got store credit on the rest of the money but hey I get to come back and buy myself baseboard and some other tools . Loaded me up pretty quick and got to enjoy the rest of Day 😊
