WM - Greenshadow Landfill — Local services in Pasadena

WM has gone from 5* to negative * if I could give them that over night. The driver we've had for years got assigned to a new route and the new driver is just terrible. Within the first few weeks the driver dropped our dumpster on the driverway and shattered the driveway. Customer service is non-existent, I tried to call/email multiple times and in vain!
