Before I start to write anything I want to say that I’m not a person to leave a review, but for this one I had too. Please people if you want to buy anything from this place PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews first, this place has more bad reviews than good ones, that was the mistake I did not reading the reviews before going to buy some furniture from there. If I could give them 0 stars I would, so here’s my story, the first week of May I went in looking for a set of Twin beds for my kids, I seen some that I really loved so right away places the order and paid it in full since I was told that I would get it delivered in 3weeks & since I wasn’t going to be home I decided to just pay for it there & then, the 3 week mark comes by and I get no call at all from the delivery guys, so I let it go by another week, since I know cause of covid everything is just running behind, a month goes by and nothing so I decide to call the sales person and he called to get an update and wouldn’t get no update from the owner, I finally decided to call the Sunnyside store to speak to someone that can give me more info, the girl that answered couldn’t give me no info said she was gonna have someone else call me I never received a call. Another month goes by and nothing so I call again and I’m told that (this is end of July already) I’m told that they should be receiving a tracking number soon and they’d call me well I never got a call I call again a couple day’s later left a message for the owner and she never called me back another week goes by and nothing I keep calling everyday and my call goes either straight to voicemail or it gave me a busy signal, so at that point I decided to call from my work phone & boom call goes straight through, the person that answered I decide to call them out on why my number was blocked & that I need to talk to the owner ASAP. Well she puts me on hold comes back 2min later and tells me the owner wasn’t there that someone would call me that day when I asked what time she goes on another pause & then tells me at 7pm(the owner was there next to her listening to everything and telling her what to tell me) mind you this is already 3months that I had placed my order going on 4 months. 7pm comes around and no call she don’t call till 7:30pm. Calls me late tries to lie to me, I wasn’t having it no more, she kept trying to lie to me saying that she had talked to me In prior occasions and that I had agreed to wait 4months that she has text messages & that I had her personal cellphone number(not true) even went to try and say that I told her I worked for fiesta foods(witch I don’t) I don’t even work for a retail company I work in an office. After I called her out on her lying she didn’t know what else to say & just told me that they should be receiving my furniture that Sunday and that they would deliver Wednesday or Thursday (7/29-7/30) I never received it so on 8/18 I received the very first ever text from her telling me that 8/26 I would get my furniture delivered I was like whatever another week won’t hurt & she continued to lie to me telling me that she had talked to me I was so fed up at that time that I told her why lie to me if she had those messages to please check the phone numbers they where not the same & that i wanted to see proof of it, well she never showed me, 8/26 came they where supposed to be at my house at 5:30 that way I could be there for the delivery and they got there at 4:30 luckily my husband was home, they started to take out the furniture & surprise it wasn’t even close to what I had ordered not even the color was correct, I had already read reviews about the delivery guys being rude, my husband told them right away That wasn’t what we ordered they tried to argue with him telling him it was so my husband pulls out the picture of the beds I ordered and they seen and took the beds. (I ordered a dark grey & they brought me brown) I waited 4 months for her to order whatever she wanted and not what the paying customer wanted. Finally got my money, I have proof of...

I ordered a vanity from there Facebook on Dec. 3rd, I was told it will arrive by the following Wednesday or Thursday. I contacted them on Wednesday asking around what time Thursday it will arrive so someone can be home, they say they will call me back. Never call me back. Thursday comes, never arrived. So I called that night for them to tell me the order was never sent out because the sales person gave me the wrong price, and it’s quite a bit difference in price, $500. I said ok that’s fine if they can deliver ASAP, she says she will call me back with a time, never hear back. Meanwhile I see the same vanity is online for 200 less than they are selling it for (from the original seller) let alone the extra $500 they are adding on a week later after they said it would be delivered, I know you have to make money but they should have had the price right to begin with OR honored the price they originally gave for messing up OR at least made me a deal instead of randomly showing up at my doorstep wanting the $500 not even a, ok since we messed up you can pay half now half next month., or let alone a call back for the second time after they say they will call me back & confirm the time they will come so I can be ready to pay the $500 extra., not just show up randomly asking me to sign a check when it would have been paid cash. Got everything delivered early November but the fireplace and a dresser i have called 3 times now and finally Carlos said they would deliver the 18th of December called today and now they are saying this wont be delivered today have to wait for a call for a delivery date. Spoke to manager she didn't even apologize her self and Carlos is now saying he didn't say it would get delivered today. Its been more than the 4 weeks they said it would take for the furniture to get here and never once did they call to give us a estimated delivery time. Finally asked for a refund we will see how...
