Torn between two and four stars so I split the difference. Had a hard appointment to load three skids. Sat there for two hours on the dock. No load. Never prepared. Had to forfeit the load due to other downstream committments. Went back the next day. Out in five minutes. Who knew? Drivers, don't let the girls at the check in counter BS you about the status of your load. They will attempt to mislead you if you let them. If you don't see it behind your door and your door is still closed, it doesn't exist yet....

As far as the load was concerned everything went great I just a comment about an experience I just at their location. I arrived to pick up and it was around lunchtime they were cooking out for their employees I asked if they would sell me a plate they said no so they turned me away if it's supposed to be drivers appreciation week then at least show some courtesy to the ones who move your product I left there with an empty stomach and a weird feeling. All the bad reviews are true😡. Showed up on time for my 5pm appt. Didn't get a door till 1:30AM😡 the next day. Finished at 2:09AM. Overnight parking across the street, Potties outside😩. But come on now, over 9 hours. WORST Place I've been so far. It's absolutely ridiculous 😡😡😡😡😡.
