I always have an absolute blast every time I visit this amazing place! There’s an incredible variety of things to buy and so many delicious treats to try. Here are some tips to make the most of your adventure:
Bring cash! Many of the fantastic vendors only accept cash, so make sure you're prepared to snag those unique finds. If you’re bringing little ones, be sure to pack a stroller or a wagon. There’s a lot of walking to do, and you don’t want them to get tired! Slip on those comfy shoes! You’ll want to be ready to explore every corner of this bustling market. If you’re visiting in the summer, don’t forget your sunscreen, an umbrella, or a hand fan. The sun can really turn up the heat! Come with a positive attitude! If big crowds aren't your thing, you might want to consider another day for your adventure. Just a heads up: the bathrooms aren't the cleanest, so try to take care of that before you arrive! Plan for an exciting outing that could last anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, depending on how much walking and exploring you want to do. It’s definitely an unforgettable experience!

Read moreCash only, which I didn't know before arriving. A lot of the same theme of stuff to purchase, mix of new and used products and quite a few of food vendors. Not really wheelchair friendly. Parking lot is gravel, as well as between the vendors, and the wheelchair was difficult to maneuver. If you're able to walk a bit until you get to the asphalt, then the wheelchair moves easily as you go up and down the isles. I was told that Sundays are better days to attend, but we went on Saturday, which was a "free" admission day. I do not know if you need to pay for parking either-it was free on Saturday. Not much for fresh produce, I think 2 vendors only with fresh produce. When I was looking at their website/Facebook page, not a lot of useful information. Like the cash only thing. I probably would have purchased items had I known that I needed cash prior...
Read moreIts ok, very loud music and everyone is playing something different. Like they are all trying to see which one can be the loudest. It makes shopping and hanging out alot less enjoyable. If you're a vendor its a nightmare trying to get in and set up. Its basically a junkyard and you have to maneuver inbetween all the poles they have sticking out everywhere and pray to God you dont scratch your car. You can forget getting out of there quickly too. It becomes a chaotic maze at the end of the day. As a vendor, I would say pass on this place unless you're desperate. Just isnt worth the headache. They get decent foot traffic on Sunday but if you want a good spot you better show up bright and early Saturday. For customers... its a good place to find horchata and other delicious mexcican food! Would like to see more...
