Horrible place to pick up a load from. Saw it was HUGE, and thought, this should be quick and easy, WRONG. Lady at the guard gate VERY rude, no smile, no eye contact, just full of attitude. is they make you leave after you drop your empty, find some way to get turned around, and park all clogging up the entry driveway, instead of doing the smart thing, which would be using all that space on the lot to give us a bobtail holding pen (load wasnt ready of course). I dont understand why companies dont put more thought into designing these distribution centers. Any truck driver could design a much better one than this. Even when your load is ready, the gate takes their sweet time giving you the BOL. Yeah, the guard gate lady ruined it, we dont need to put up with attitude out here, there are other shippers, ...

Otr drivers..Check in Guard Shack. Get pass to empty trailer. Drop n hook. Drop empty trailer. Fill out gate pass and check out at the guard shack and give pass. We had to wait 4 hours to load the trailer and come back. Check back in at guard shack provide order# and destination. May have show id. Wait for paperwork to get printed.
