The fine gentlemen at Mill creek antiques are one in a million! My husband and I took in a mid-1920's Skelgas cook stove that had sat in the elements for decades and asked if it could be functional again. The exterior was not bad, but the orifices needed repair. All the knobs were falling off, there was a hole in the storage drawer, the oven had lost it's latch, etc. These men went above and beyond! It is now a beautiful, fully-functional gas stove. To test it, after the repairs were made, they kept it under pressure for 2 weeks and started it up everyday. I feel very confident that I can safely use it without any fear! That's worth a lot! (This was the only antique stove repair business that I could fine in Kansas... thank goodness it was a good one!)
