WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!! Will recommend this company to all my friends and family members living in the NWA area. I communicated with Rich Olson through market place and the communication was excellent. He answered all my questions even though I had many and he was very kind and very detailed. We agreed on what I was looking for and when my wife and I went to the facility to look at the trailer, it was all that was promised. Rich gave me two names to ask for as he could not be present. I asked for Bob or Curt when we arrived. Bob was busy with a client and Curt was also busy outside. As we waited for an availability, the Service/parts employee saw our wait and disappeared into the back and after a very short time he came back with Curt in tow and I found out Curt is the owner . Curt took his time with us, showed us his inventory of trailers, walked us over to a very nice young lady who helped us with the paperwork, cashiering and overall great customer service, while Curt looked for a dropdown hitch and ball for us since the one I had would not work. We talked to Curt and her for a while and it was so welcoming. Just like we were family. We paid for the trailer and a young man awaited us outside to hook up the trailer to our jeep. Curt came back out and checked out all the lights. One side marker was not working and he repaired it himself getting on the wet ground and getting the job done. I tell you this old retired disabled US Navy Submarine veteran was very impressed with the outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond for us. You can tell this organization has great leadership and great work ethics. Leading by example, Curt gave us an experience I will never forget and is something sorely missed in today’s corporate mentality driven businesses. That is why I always try to shop local and you can bet I’ll be back for a lawnmower!!!! If you are in need of a trailer, lawnmower service, sales, or parts with an outstanding customer driven service, extremely fair prices, a family like atmosphere, and just an overall extremely great experience, visit the great and wonderful folks at Haul Supply….you will not be sorry you did. On Feb 21, 2019 we drove from Greenwood AR to Haul Supply arriving about 30 min before closing shopping for a 5 X 8 enclosed trailer. I was greeted outside on A very cold evening by Mr. Richard and was helped and shown the trailers we were shopping for. By the time I had decided to make the purchase it was past closing time and I was amazed how everyone was staying until we were taken care of. Everyone was the most Friendly and eager to answer our questions. We looked at several trailer company’s and there is no doubt Haul Supply had the Best Deal, more Quality of a trailer and very Veteran Friendly. Everything we needed to get the trailer ready for towing was available from there very nice store. They hooked the trailer to our vehicle, lights checked and ensured it was ready without me touching anything. Something you don’t see at most trailer stores. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Bought a new PJ trailer from them about 6 months ago. Recently on our first long trip with it hauling a SxS we had an issue with a few bearings getting hot. I took the trailer back to them, after explaining the issue, and after some electrical test they had me leave the trailer with them. Just 2 days later they called and said the trailer was fixed! They replaced all the bearings on both axles, as well as the entire wiring harness connected to the 7 way plug. Apparently there was a faulty plug from the factory causing the brakes to randomly activate just enough to heat up the hubs.

None of this cost me a dime to fix! They covered all the parts and labor under warranty without question. Talk about excellent service and customer support! Could not have asked for a better outcome.
