OUTRAGEOUSLY, SEVERELY OVERPRICED! SHOP AROUND, CHECK PRICES JUST 10 MILES AWAY!!! ReLeaf is the only "dispensary" (probably business in general) in the area that consistently raises prices on it's products as time goes on. For weeks now, their top tier eighths of flower have been $10 more than the dispensary just 10 miles away (check the prices...it's insane!). ReLeafs prices on grams of Bold concentrate are $10-30 more than at the other dispensary down the road. Compare the prices on the Refined Oil and their RSO too, and you will see just how greedy this place is. To clarify, I am not associated with any of the cultivators or dispensaries in this state.
I bought 4 grams of oil the other day at the other dispensary, AND IN ONE VISIT, I SAVED $80 ON NORMALLY PRICED ITEMS BY NOT GOING TO RELEAF. I can save $320 per month by not going to ReLeaf, just because their prices are so much higher than other places. And this is an everyday possibility because ReLeaf is so expensive, and has been for almost a year. All the other dispensaries in the area have been coming down in price, like a normal business. The Source lowered all their grams of Bold concentrate by $20 (from $80 to $60) like 6-8 weeks ago...that's substantial. ReLeafs are still $20 more weeks later and they even raised the price $10 on Osage Creeks live resin, which is just as quality as Bold's concentrates that are now, $30 cheaper than ReLeafs Osage Creek LR. And other places didn't go greedy and raise their price on the new concentrates.
A flower strain came out a couple of months ago and ReLeaf raised the price on it to $20/g...it was $12.95 the whole time at the other dispensary down the road. A new type of concentrate came out in the past couple of weeks and ReLeaf went from an outrageous $80/g to now being $90/g. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. You are not a patient here, you are a wallet or an ATM card. They will lie to you...I asked why I had to take a paper bag every time as it's absurdly wasteful and I don't want or need it. They told me it was the law. Eventually someone told me it was actually company policy. So...dishonest, greedy, wasteful. Are these the less than quality people you want handling and overcharging you for your medicine??
Bold makes blends of concentrates and they send out a list of what is in each one of their mixes. I called ReLeaf to give them a chance and I asked the manager (they've been there since the beginning) what was in the mix that they had on sale. She had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. She put me on hold and was ignorant enough to look it up on Leafly and then came back on and said it was a "new strain so not much info" and then acted distracted because I mentioned the list that they are sent and she again had no idea what I was talking about...after almost a year of management. A manager at a dispensary doesn't even know what they are selling and apparently has no knowledge of the strains they carry.
I've owned and operated a medical marijuana service in California...this company is pure greed and has an absolute lack of compassion. I've grown, I've made all sorts of concentrates, so I know what I'm talking about. Anyone with the slightest math skills can know what I'm talking about, though. I can't imagine how much someone must hate themselves to allow themselves to get so ripped off for so long by this place.
Also, many patients are low income or on disability. But ReLeaf still raises prices on medicine. This place is the Martin Shkreli of cannabis. They offer a military discount, but not a disabled discount. So, if I sign up to kill people and end up sitting behind a desk for a few years, I can get a discount, but if I was near being physically unable to medicate myself, I would not get a discount. There is nothing good about this place. Even their eighths that are on sale, often weigh under and none of the buds are bigger than your thumbnail. It's not a special (or compassionate as they call it) it's them getting rid of the bottom of the bags....
Read moreThe people here are nice and helpful, the selection and flower pricing isn’t great. I seem to get popcorn buds more often than not, even on top shelf products. The “Deals” on flower are not really deals, the $10-$15 dollar 8ths are baby popcorn buds that don’t taste or smell very good. No price break on oz either. With stopping by if you need a cheap 8er and don’t really care the quality but if you’re buying anything more just go to the source and get a good selection of $100oz to pick from. I’ve been shopping here since August 2023 and prices have gone up while quality drops. I live 5 min from relief center but regularly choose traveling to the source for %90 of my purchases.
Update 6/7/2024: Id like to say things have gotten better because for a minute there it was going really well. I was able to get strains that actually worked for me medically for a good price but that only lasted about 2 months. I am now seeing many of the strains I have been using over the last year that I have purchased for $80-$100 move upwards I’ve $160+. They’re regularly putting very low quality at $15 an 8th and most of the time the “sale” bud isn’t even worth smoking. You might see a decent strain pop up every once and a while but just know if you don’t order it online and check out fast you’re likely to lose your order by the time you check out. Just overall very disappointed in what I’m seeing and I’m glad I waited a few months to update my review because I really thought this place was going to be consistent in providing me quality medication but unfortunately it seems they’re taking it in a different direction which is disappointing because the staff is actually really awesome and I enjoy that very much about this location but the inconsistency will keep me purchasing small amounts and spending for...
Read moreExcellent variety. Spans the gamut of ingestion methods. The staff is still new and the learning curve is a visible factor, but wholly understandable. Employees enjoy their work, are becoming more professional every time I visit. The text messaged deals I received weren't enticing enough to make me raid my retirement account given I drive 40 miles round trip to take advantage of them. On one occasion, I opted to physically go rather than order on line and that decision subsequently punished me briskly because they ran out before I got there (and the selections offered at that savings only totalled (as I recall) all of two available to begin with. May I suggest broadening the 'deals' appeal to the most consumers by lowering prices, obtaining sufficient bulk quantities to satisfy everyone wanting however they choose to order, and don't forget to factor in the client's drive time and overall hassle compared to their more metropolitan competitors (some of whom, incidentally, sell their product for much less when able). They could also stop pushing that on line ordering so hard. It is seemingly their preferred sales method, and is suffocating those who don't shop that way. It's difficult to navigate to the in-store-only menu items available because the online ordering seems to be overarching and may be detering those who to like to menu browse, travel, and select their purchase in person. A large dose of leniency is warranted though, as all of this is new territory for shopkeepers and customers alike, and the wrinkle ironing will continue for some time. DEFINITELY worth your time to investigate, however. GREAT People. GREAT Product. GREAT Experience. Should you find yourself shopping here, I predict...
