Events by Lindsay, where do I start. I was giving a rehearsal dinner at our home in our back yard. I contacted Lindsay and she drove to my home to see event space. I immediately felt an easy feeling I do not usually have. She was so professional and so together she asked me all the questions about my vision. We talked via phone and text. She allowed me to send her every photo of things I liked and never got annoyed with me. I might have sent a lot. 😂. She negotiated for me the arrangements for chairs and tables and linens rental. That was no easy task as it was in May and the middle of graduation season. The day of the rehearsal dinner arrives and I am a nervous mess. I had just had heart surgery and really couldn't help and I like to control things. Well all along Lindsay kept telling me stop stressing. I got this! I am here to make this a great experience! Wow she was so true to her words. She and her team transformed our back yard into a spectacular space for a rehearsal dinner. The time and effort is clear in the photos attached. She didn't let me do anything. She was so correct I had nothing to worry about she had it under control at all times. She truly has a talent for design and transformation. I cannot rave enough about this company!!!! I have been wanting to get some desserts from here for a while now, just haven’t made it by there to buy anything with my busy schedule. Today we had my daughter’s baby shower. I ordered the cake, the balloon arch setup, a tray of pinwheels and 2 fruit and veggie trays. I was so excited to see what the end result would be, and sure enough she surpassed my expectations (I knew she would). The cake was absolutely AMAZING! It was perfect and tasted SO GOOD! The balloon arch was beautiful and she even put baby elephants on it because she knew that my daughter’s shower theme was elephants. It was absolutely perfect. The food was great also!! I am blown away with how the cake tasted- I had told her I really prefer buttercream versus fondant, so she made me buttercream and it was phenomenal. Best cake I’ve ever had by far! I was worried because I have had bad experiences in the past with “cute cakes”, but this one was so good! I will always go to her for any events or parties from now on! My friend sent me to pick up an order for her, and when I picked up the order, I wanted to support the business as well. I grabbed an Easter sugar cookie for my son. The lady at the register was pleasant, and the store was cute. When she rang me up, the cookie was $7.18. I was shocked and wanted to cancel the transaction, but I didn't want to go through the hassle. The cookie was pretty, but I didn't feel that a sugar cookie with icing was worth that much. Three cookies from this establishment would equal a dozen at Tiffs Treats. I know small businesses have a higher food cost (because I'm a small business owner), but setting your prices out of range turns a lot of potential customers away....
