There was no one there to attend to us the day of the rosary. When the guest started to arrive, the only person there was in the office, she never came out of the office, and if we asked her a question, or told her some thing, she didn’t seem to care, or want to be bothered, there was nobody to greet the guest. The place was very dirty. The toilets were disgusting, the ladies room toilet was clogged. The benches and kneeler were wobbly, I felt like they were going to break. My loved one was made up so horrible. He looked like they sprayed gray paint on him a 25 year old young man. I swear, I thought the flowers were used at a previous service . I am very disappointed in the services. We expected a clean and decent place to gather. This is a hard time for people. There was no one to announce the services starting or over. Very ugly experience! I was told something but false promises. They allowed for someone to lie about my love one! And didn’t do my love one wishes. Another thing they did a horrible job on the way my love one look!!! They also are very rude and wrong they wasted my time .they also had flowers on top of the casket that look like a kid made the arrangement they looked old and ugly. I don’t recommend this place and for all the wrong that they do to people Iam not the first person that has complaints. I heard stories after my loved one burial. I would like to thank the staff for always being so kind, and compassionate during our difficult times of saying goodbye to our loved ones. My family has returned to their funeral home with not one but two, three times in the passing of our family members and each time we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy! We can never thank the both of you enough!! Celena and Clare Trevino for all you have done in our families times of need just know we greatly appreciate you both, along with your father Mr.Roy he sure did continue the legacy of a family owned and family operated business!
