Victor Trevino Sports Complex — Local services in Pearsall

It has a unique but interesting setup. The concession stand is in the middle high up and there's a large patio around it with tables so you can sit at an actual table and watch your kid's game. Then it has a large cement steps/ bleacher you could either sit on or put your fold up chair on and as it soread out. it went to 4 different fields. You can watch several fields/games at once if you sit in the right spot. Really cool design...my problem was 2 things. first, the paid ump was very unprofessional he looked like he was working in his yard at home, no blues, just old shirt and shorts with cowboy boots?? Very unkempt as well, Which i could have gotten over, but he was barely paying attention to the game itself. the coaches on both teams had to be like ok that's 3 outs time to switch and he would act like, "Oh guess so"... no line umpire, just the barely paying attention one at home plate. Then, to top it off, a stray dog with mange ran into the outfield and took a dump, then it started running towards the kids. No adults that worked there did anything some teen boys had to chase it away 2xs. There were no adults at the concession stand either, just 2 teens doing everything while the others played on their phones. The parents were stressed out watching for this dog and ready to battle if it came back again. Not enjoyable. Come to find out theres a HUGE stray animal issue in Pearsall because they currently have no animal control. Nice park design, but whoever is...

A nice facility. Four baseball fields that were relatively well kept. The covered concession stand was nice but not all the bleachers were shaded, which was unfortunate as it was really hot when we were there. The women's restrooms were kept clean but my husband said the men's room was pretty gross. We set up our day camp for the team outside of the fence for our girls under some trees and pop up tents. Unfortunately there were plenty of ants all over. I'm sure that's due to people eating and drinking. I wish someone had come by and collected trash in the cans because all were full and garbage was flying out due to wind. The parents on our teams did the best to collect what we could and put it in bags we brought but that didn't help all the other sites. All in all this is a good place to play and our girls had...

decent park, concrete bleachers with cover and some shade trees on sides of fields, one true softball field, one high school baseball field and 2 smaller baseball fields, parking lot is undersized especially if hosting tournament and people were parking in the grass areas. restrooms were decent and ramps to go up level are a bit steep if using a wheel chair but there is a low level entryway to other fields as well but have to go all around the seating areas. overall nice park....
