I took my car there for my transmission to be replaced and the one they took out I think it is the same one they put back in same trouble with it and when I called they wouldn't answer there phone so I used my brother's phone and they answered so the girl that takes the calls she says she going to call the place to get another one and call me back but no call back so I kept calling for a week still no answer I went up there and they are so unprofessional they all run in in the back and the girls was so nervous she grabs the phone and was talking to the people about the transmission they sold me and she takes off in the back so I couldn't hear what they were saying I have never seen any business people act like that before in my life. This place is a joke. I took my car in for an alignment which was supposed to be $65 and when I went to pick the car up he tells me that the bill is $190. Because he had to change a part in order to do the alignment. He put the new part on without calling me first to make sure it was OK with me to do so. Who does that?? I needed to have a valve cover gasket and 4 spark plugs changed, I called every shop in two different cities and everyone was booked up for a week. I called The Shop and spoke with a very nice gentleman who got me in that day. I was so very thankful for him to arrange his schedule for me. I would recommend The Shop to anyone.
