Appliance Plus — Local services in Pell City

Bought a clothes washer from them in the past (2016). My old roommate is still using it. Dropped off my current one on Saturday and picked it up on Sunday due to some mechanical issues. Great service, fast turn-around, good pricing and very easy to talk to! Won't go anywhere else to get my appliances repaired. Only wish he made house calls! :-) My refrigerator dispenser needs repairing and the refrigerator is full of food. Highly recommend!!!!

Bought a refrigerator from here that was very expensive and it broke less than a week after his warranty. If you noticed the most of the reviews that are good reviews are just reviews from people that he ordered parts for. He rigs his appliances up, just work long enough, and then they fail after the warranty he fills cracks and crevices in with foam. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of his good reviews on here are from some of the people that work for him, and none of the people that worked there looked like they were professionals. Spoke with Collette about a refrigerator. Asked if there was anyway to test a water despensor and ice maker before purchase since they don't warranty the ice maker and water despensor. She said no. I said that sounds like bad business and thanks anyway. Then she tells me if I want one that's guaranteed, they have new ones and if I don't like how they do business I can take it elsewhere.then I ask about a new one and she says they don't actually guarantee those either.
