I got a brand new $4,000 refrigerator. One of the refrigerator doors has some weird discoloration on it from the packaging. I didn't want to rub it off or try to remove it as the standard stainless steel polishing or cleaning agents weren't touching it and I wasn't about to use harsh chemicals on it for fear of messing it up so I called the manufacturer and they recommended solution Electronics as the repair facility. I called them on August 12th, August 13th August 14th and today August 18th. August 12th 13th and 14th I left voicemails and they never returned the call. Last week would have been perfect for them to come out and start the repair procedure but we have a newborn baby coming to our house this week and it's just not convenient for them to come out. I finally got in touch with them today and the person who answered never once apologized for not calling back. I tried to bring it up three times and she never even acknowledged that they never returned a phone call it was just an deflection on her part and when can I come out and look at it. It's for this reason I called the manufacturer back up and said I don't want these people in my house they really don't give a crap and I'm going with a different service provider. If they act like they don't really care that they never return a phone call why do I want them in my house

There were 2 seperate refridgerators, the first one had thebussues as to what you mentioned in your reply. This is about the SECOND defective fridge that had a cosmetic defect on the door.
Youbstated i have no voice mail? Odd, the number i called them on is my business line and it has voicemail. Sounds like they are just making up things to cover for Amanda's poor performance. Lets say i was in a bad cell area, voicemail would picknup. Even if it didnt, why was there no further attempt to contact me? And i did leave all those voicemails on the preceeding days with no contact. Your reply just enforces my review, no owning of the issue, just deflection and apathy towards the customer.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was treated as poorly as a conservative on Don Lemonās old talk show. The problem was inadequate and unprofessional communication. The conversation with someone who identified herself as Anna, at Solutions Electronics, was filled with her all-around confrontational attitude, spiced up by her inconsistencies, contradictions and defensiveness. And that was just in scheduling an appointment!!! Imagine if anything more complicated was involved!
Here are some examples from the painful call:
Anna and I previously scheduled a service appointment for a certain date. About a week later she called back to give me a different appointment date. I told her that we already set a date and that I arranged my schedule to fit that date. She denied ever having spoken to me before. I recounted our prior call to her. Then, she looked at her notes and, without acknowledging our prior conversation, said that she had notes about what I said. But not from our prior call. Huh???
Undeterred, she continued. She said I was wrong. Not just about having the prior call. Now, she said that I was wrong about her giving me an appointment because she does not have the authority to give out appointment dates. But now she was calling to give me an appointment date ā the very thing she said she did not have the authority to do!!!
I told her that I wanted to resolve things positively, but that she would need to stop interrupting me and work together with me. She made a couple of wise cracks, then gave me permission to speak. But, at that point, I had given up on her ā and Solutions Electronics.
I mean, do I really need that abuse? No.
So I said that I did not want an appointment and wanted to go to another service provider. At that point she told me to complain to anyone I want.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would not recommend this company to anyone. Our ice maker in our refrigerator was not working and Frigidaire suggested we call this company. A technician came who had absolutely no clue what he was doing and spent the majority of the time staring into my refrigerator while stating he had no idea how to fix it. He then proceeded to call multiple people to follow their instructions over the phone which also did not fix the issue. He then suggested that they order multiple parts to do a "process of elimination" since he was incapable of fixing it. He said that we would be responsible to pay for these parts. When I replied that I would not pay for his guesswork he said that I still had to pay the few hundred dollars for coming out. I replied that he literally did not do anything and had no idea how to fix it, but he stated he could not leave until I paid. Since he was already in my home for 3 hours I gave into paying, but also called Maya in the office to express my concerns. I left a voicemail in which she did not call back. When waking up the following morning the food in several of my drawers were completely frozen. In the technician's inability and lack of knowledge into fixing a refrigerator, and his pushing buttons without knowing what he was doing he made these drawers into a freezer instead of the meat/deli/cheese setting that we had it on. I called Maya again to explain the situation from the previous night as well as talk to her about the few hundred dollars of food that was ruined and she was extremely unprofessional by cutting me off and abruptly ending the phone call saying she would call me back on Monday. It is 4 days later and I have not heard back from her. Stay away from...
