THIS PLACE IS A JOKE… low working facility, the way lady at the receiving talking with people…. damn she supposed to NOT work with people because she doesn’t know what respect and kind is… I tell you this I have injured my foot and can’t wear closed shoes, and yes I know they require to have them on, I told her I just can’t…so rude behavior from her ZERO understanding, ZERO kindness. Especially this hurt me so I even decided to leave a review, is because you don’t go inside the warehouse, sometimes you go in and wait there or they need you to do something, helping. Here you step in to the office give paperwork and right away go back to your truck, so what the ** is the problem with the * shoes on… I just don’t understand…. They making these rules from the air, just making them up, that makes no sense, because there is literally no reason to have closed shoes on at this facility and then they have problems with people not following these rules 🤦‍♂️ Anyway usually that’s my opinion on almost every facility stupid rules, but I do put shoes on and reflective band and whatever they ask, and this time I really couldn’t and had to deal with a total disrespect and zero understanding…. Update: had an appointment at 4 am got door at 4:30, 8:30 payed the lumper, now in the office waiting for guy that was unloading me, he is busy doing smth else so I gotta wait and stand here in office, they refuse to call me on the phone, + somewhy they don’t want to take 2 pallets… this...

I wish i can give them zero stars. The guys at guard check is so unprofessional and rude . We arrived here early and we parked there because they said the receiver will be open at 3 am . So at 3.30 am we start our truck reach at guard check point . And that hurt guard feeling and he said to my brother don’t come here with truck next time or i will put you back in parking spot . So my brother said oh im sorry I didn’t know that i will keep in mind next time. He was totally rude and giving him instructions . Then we about to leave from Guard office we see another truck came from same parking area and chk in at guard. And we was standing there and now all behavior of guard is changed didn’t tell him to don’t bring your truck here. Just because he’s white… 🙌🙌 . And we being told walk here first without truck chk in and then go take your truck and go inside. Im watching that guard and i want to ask him dude why didn’t you tell another guy same thing? But i just figured this place is all about this. Went to receiver . There was a lady i tell him hii good morning how are you. No reply from her just show me finger to go this way for lumper. The only reason that I am giving this post one star is because of the fact that I was automatically assumed to be a d* because of the fact that I drive for Western express we show up when we want we never show up for appointments when we're supposed to and the load that I apparently had was already rescheduled ( wich i had no clue about because i picked the load up at noon the day before) I drove 637 miles Just to be here on time because I called ahead and asked what my appointment time ( 4am not the 6am that i was given by my company ) was because I know that our planners don't always put down the correct time but automatically even though I'm here on time the loads not shifted I came in there with a smile on my face the guy at the receiving desk automatically assumed I was going to be a d* so Cheers to you i hope all our loads continue to be late i hope all pur drivers are complete Asses with you because karma is comming for...
