From the moment I stepped into Personal Best Spa in Pembroke, I felt instantly transported. The atmosphere carries this rustic, European charm that feels both luxurious and comforting -- the perfect blend for anyone looking to truly unwind. Every detail, from the warm wood accents to the calming ambiance, feels intentional and inviting. The staff was exceptionally attentive, making me feel cared for from start to finish. From being greeted by Emily, who knew it was my first time and made sure to walk me through the basics. To Cheryl, whose skill and professionalism made my service nothing short of amazing. And a special thank you to Catie, whose hospitable and genuinely kind demeanor made the entire experience feel so personal and special. As a postpartum mom, finding this moment of peace and self-care can be hard, and as I prep to return to work, this visit reminded me how rejuvenating it can be when you're surrounded by people who truly care. I don’t recommend the spa side of this business, and had the worst experience out of any spa i’ve been to on the south shore. Received a facial and a manicure. The manicurist was so nice, but the nail dryers were covered in a layer of dust.

Esthetician made me feel incredibly bad about my acne and kept going on about how i need to get it under control. I cannot stress enough how often she said this- every few minutes through the entire facial. She made me feel like I had to disclose my prescription medicines to her- outright asked me about my prescriptions- saying it was to better address my skin, and then she laughed at me for taking so long to tell her (i was very uncomfortable) saying it was important that she knew. I asked my dermatologist and he said in no way would she need to know that information to properly give a facial. I get facials monthly. Her extraction technique was the most painful i’ve experienced, and caused me secondary acne. She would not stop telling me how facials won’t be fun until i get my acne...

Personal Best is an amazing place. Every single person from secretary to hairstylist is extremely nice and professional. I get my hair done by Paula S and I trust her completely. I always get the best compliments. I just tried their spa experience as well. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WAS AMAZING. I got a full body massage from that was so relaxing and perfect. She even gave me a few tips to relieve tension on my own. I then got a facial where the woman gave me recommendations without trying to sell me crazy expensive products. After I got a mani pedi with the coolest person. She was professional but so fun to talk with. They serve you wine while you get your nails done! I put together a spa day for me and my sister and they made the whole experience fantastic. When it came time to check out they gave me all the discounts they could! 10 out of 10...
