In 54 years I've never seen someone lock a porta potty ..
Let me share my crappy story ..
Woke up at 230am having to use a washroom... So I start walking to the building and I reach the door and an older woman says " we're closed! ' so I ask if there's a porta potty anywhere and she says '' yes , it's over there " and points to the farthest spot away from all the parking spaces . So I waddle over there into to discover THEY PUT A LOCK ON THE DOOR!!!
WHO DOES THAT???
This is a small town that apparently from reviews is very anti truck driver. But this takes it to a new level of petty ...
So I walk back to the door and knock and the ladies too lazy to walk over and ask what I need ( unlock the crapper you directed me to !)
She just yells from the counter something unintelligible so I proceed to go to my truck and grab the emergency TP I keep just for these situations and proceed to take a crap in a plastic drawer from one of those 3 tier plastic cabinets that people have in their homes ( they were too lazy to actually put in the dumpster it was sitting next to )
So if and when the owner reads this ....IT WAS ME !! MOOHAHAHA!!!
I went in the following morning to grab food , the food is good, the woman making it very friendly, the dude behind the counter ? Total tool... I pride myself on being polite and to say things like ' good morning/please/Thank you etc ) I made certain I was loud enough to hear me and he didn't acknowledge my presence in any way other than to ring up my food ( Sausage egg and cheese biscuit and 2 biscuits with sausage gravy )
Very reasonable price for the both of them ( $8.65)
But unlikely I'll ever return here because it's just ignorant as hell to lock up a porta potty when you close at midnight, have staff coming in at 230am and open at 6am.
I disagree with other reviews saying lots of parking and such because it's a small town. Campbell's company is 9 miles away and there's another one of their locations directly across the street.

To the trucker who complained about the employee, and the person who used the question function to make editorial comments about the employees. One or two bad employee contact could be the customer has the issues? Not management issues. Truly bad employee and manager issues result in a dirty un stocked store. In my travels I've found most bad situations with a service person was fixed with a smile and a kind word... If you truly believe the employee needs to be retrained ... Speak up to a manager. If you are going to post it here you should explain what the issue was ... Not that you happened to think you got mistreated... otherwise I ignore your...
