About seven years ago I ordered thousands of dollars in lighting and fan fixtures for a new home that I built. Customer service was fantastic. Fast-forward seven years and I go back to lighting New York to replace the over/undercabinet lights that I had originally ordered for them as one of them started smoking and wires had melted. I didn’t come to them looking for freebies, I was totally willing to replace them. After all, it had been seven years. Initially, I ordered two LED lights to replace the incandescent lights that I had installed. When my contractors came to replace them, we also noticed that several of the other lights had signs of burnt wires and I decided to replace them all. The first order, one arrived damaged and I called and they replaced it. When I called and ordered the remainder of the lights, which were a total of nine more lights, they sent me the wrong lights. They also sent me a $950 chandelier that I did not order. This all took place over several phone calls from the initial order of two, moving forward to ordering the other nine that I needed. They refused to send me the correct lights and I would have sent the wrong lights back. Even in the order, there were two different types of lights. The smaller ones I order were ones that you connected together. They weren’t even hardwire lights like the other seven. And as I said, they arrived being incandescent instead of LED. I asked to speak with a supervisor and got an email from a woman named Sandy, who told me that she had listened to the conversation and determined that it was my fault. Total BS! Obviously she didn’t listen to all of the phone calls that were made if she listened to that one at all. So here I am, stuck with nine lights plus a $950 chandelier that I didn’t even order that they don’t want back… What does that tell you. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this...

Ordered the fixture and received the light missing a part. Contacted customer service and the agent was very nice. I just wish her c/s skills were better. She requested that I take photos of the light which I immediately did. She advised me that she would send those photos to the distributor and contact me once she heard back from them. After three days, I did not hear back so I called c/s again. Spoke with another rep who stated that she sees the photos but the first rep sent the email to the distributor but did not attach the pictures! Com on man! I’m glad I called back. Another email with pictures was sent and they would again get back to me. This time I asked how long before I hear back from you. They said 24 hours. Fast forward 36 hours and crickets! So I again called back. A supervisor now told me that I have to return the unit I have and they will send me a new fixture. I returned the fixture I had and only then did they send me a new unit. In closing, the entire process from order to finally receiving the fixture took over three weeks while constantly having to follow up. Not worth it in my opinion. No worries I’ll never order from Lighting...
   Read moreIf I could give 0 star, I would. My order were messed up by 3 to 4 people from their Chat services. Two months ago, I specifically asked for the WAC recessed lighting and housing of their trim-less version. Upon receiving the items, I received the housing in their trim version. Then I had to reorder the trimless version. And this time they messed up with the watts I specifically requested. Then I had to reorder the third times. After I placed the order and thought it would arrive in a few days as I told was that they were in stock. But then after a week, I followed up with them to find out on my own that they were actually in back order! After they were back in stock, I ordered with them again with a different rep. Upon receiving the housing finally, I realized they sent me the housing of the version with trim AGAIN! If you have read my horrible story so far, you will understand that all these reps have no in depth knowledge about their products and they are not professional enough to inform you if the products suddenly become back ordered.
