I have used Prestiege for years and have always had a positive experience and received great products. The whole team takes pride in listening to what you want and then delivering on time and exactly as drawn up. I know there are many choices today in town and online and some might be cheaper, but you will never get the level of service Prestiege provides. I recently placed a large order for baseball uniforms that were being sublimated in a factory that burned down during production. I got a call from Jess who explained what happened but then immediately provided a solution. As soon as she got the bad news she secured a secondary supplier and started the process to expedite my order to be received before the season started. And that's exactly what happened! Read moreI placed an order about one month ago. They contacted me, via voicemail, about an unavailable product. The voicemail did not go through until 2 days later. I contacted them immediately after receiving the voicemail. I was sent a text message informing me that nothing could be done since I neglected to respond within one day to adjust my order and the remainder of my order could not be canceled. The order was not even sent for processing so why am I unable to adjust or cancel this order. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service when you cancel an order after only allowing a one day leeway. Read moreIf I could give them 0 stars I would. Their customer service is terrible. They won't stand by their product. In 3 months a few pairs of sweatpants had holes in the crotch area. They were worn very little but Prestige would not replace or reimburse for the terrible quality because they have a 3 month policy and once you go over that, there is nothing to reimburse you for their bad product.
Also, another incident happened where they charged me for paying online with a debit card. Ended up charging us extra because it was over $2000 and didn't tell me I couldn't pay online even though they sent me the bill to be paid online. I would NOT recommend this...
