As a former employee, you really shouldnt believe any negative reviews, I am writing this as I have 2 appliances from them currently. I worked here for many years and the amount of customers who didn't read the whole ad is crazy, customers always tried pulling scams, and they are the ones who leave the bad review, or do not ask questions. Customers complaining do not understand simple business practice, to have 2 guys sitting waiting for you to get money when you knew we were coming isnt feasible for the affordable delivery fee as a small business. We would take payment at delivery as a convenience and we would have to wait a hour so many times because people didnt have the money ready, or didnt measure, or didnt answer. Drop off is different then a install and we all used to make that pretty clear! The people who are ordering over the phone all have the option to come take a look but choose not to and are sent pictures before delivery. Most of the time when appliances did not work when we installed at customers homes were problems with the customers electric! Customers do not understand they are only get 110 out of the 220 it takes to run and heat a dryer. Small socks and underwear do get sucked into the washer pump. The repairman guys do not push anything out that they wouldn't put in there home and this is a 100% fact. These people do actually care but if you go through what they do in a day with other peoples nonsense like other retail places you would understand a lot more. They do a very good job at explaining warranty processes and you sign a paper agreeing to it. Paid extra for delivery / install / haul away the old stove at a rental property, the guys they sent to deliver said the old stove was “stuck” and they couldn’t get it out due to the microwave position. Owner then tells me it’s my fault the kitchen cabinets were installed wrong and I have to figure it out, and that he lost too much money already on his guys being there so long.
He then proceeds to tell me how many rental properties he owns and how much he knows about construction like that has anything to do with the fact I paid for delivery, install / haul away and these clowns left a stove in the dining room of my rental because the old stove was “stuck”.
This guys a tool. Use literally anybody else before giving them your money. He has “hundreds of properties” anyways, he doesn’t need...
Read moreFirst, the owner is a prick, I had to get 3 dryers in all. The first one sounded like it was going to blow up and second never got hot. The owner proceeded to tell me it was my electric is why it won't get hot even though I explained the first dryer did... he then said I don't know what I'm talking about and he would refund me and after 4 days I asked when he was coming to get it. His answer was " one day next week ". Mind you, this had been going on for over a month with no dryer. I ended up talking to a different employee that was far more helpful and worked out to get a replacement dryer which took another week. It barely works, takes two cycles to dry but I've had enough dealing with the owner in particular. If it wasn't for the other employee it would be a onestar rating, better off paying the extra money so ur not dealing...
