1st impression: Too much fragrance/perfume when you first walk in, literally took my breath away.
(The desk/attendant is at the back of the store, so this couldn’t be the first impression)The younger employee was on their phone so there was no greeting, and when I asked where picture frames might be found, the response was “over there” as they pointed towards the front door - so I left.
It’s a small store, and it was empty, in terms of customers. For me, places that are welcoming, and employed by staff who are willing to assist me find what I am looking for, is where I will come back to continue thrifting. Unfortunately, this isn’t the place.
