My wife, myself, and my 5 year old daughter booked a night here for my birthday. What seemed like was going to be a great experience quickly changed when it came time to get comfortable. I was sitting on the couch and got bit on my left flank and that began my investigation to find what bit me, an unfortunately I found more than I ever wanted to. The camper was disgusting. Dog hair every where. Mouse feces and bugs in our daughter’s bunk bed, Cigarette butts, dirt, and to add to it not a single returned email from anyone with ownership in the company. The person that problems and complaints are filtered through is the maintenance/groundskeeper Wes. FINALLY after several emails and phone calls, a man named Matt called me. His arrogance was appalling. “Evidently it wasn’t to your standards” He said. To which I replied, “Have you seen the pictures?” “No, I’ve heard about them, but I don’t even know where they are.” He answered. Just as I told him and you will see, this meets nobody’s standards. The lack of concern and willingness to communicate to us as if we were third class citizens was mind boggling. We started out saying hey these things happen. We hope it gets corrected because we’d love to come back. Well, they absolutely ruined that. I’m a veteran, have been a regional sales manager, and have also been in retail management and this is absolutely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. They gave us a $50 cleaning refund. Exactly what we were looking for and more. Everything was new, clean and well taken care of. Extras like the smores kit, free firewood, clean towels made this stay better than other similar places we've rented.

We spent 3 nights, with perfect weather, clear skies to star gaze. Coming from a big city, we loved getting out to where there were limited options of shops and restaurants. The only meal we ate out was a restaurant inside an elementary school. Beautiful mountains, kind people, great hiking nearby.

We loved the place, it is exactly as seen in the photographs, it also has everything you need to spend some days of relaxation and tranquility. We love all the details they had for our dog.
