Stickleyville Community Center — Local services in Pennington Gap

They were rude to my guests. We rented the gym the week before thanksgiving. They had already decorated for Christmas, and had tried to put wrapping paper below the stage. Some pieces got slits in them from the kids playing basketball. They harassed everyone there. I had a friend who had rented it for the following weekend and they told her since she was there that they were not allowing her to rent it anymore. We offered to buy, and replace the wrapping paper ourselves so they would have to. They would not agree to let us. I don't and wouldn't recommend this place...

I get to experience the center every chance I get. It's a wonderful place to visit. It's always clean. Always ran by wonderfully nice members. After continuing to go shopping there and attending events held there, I've experienced such wonderful personalities and fully understand the amount of time,care and energy that's put into the center to be able to offer the community and surrounding areas to utilize the building. Highly recommend having gathering and family oriented parties at this...

It’s okay for what it is. I’ve rented a lot and it seems more of a money racket for the board than the community. Rules upon rules just keep getting added. Be prepared to rent an hour ahead of time to clean before you can set up and yes, you still have to pay for the time spent cleaning before you can begin setting up.
