Roof leaks through ceiling every 6 months. Management gives no urgency or care ! Very nice place to live though….. if you have money to fix a roof 2x a year. Oh and repaint it.

A year later: ceiling is still ruined, roof was just fully fixed (3years into the complaint- first time filed 2020) Now the downstairs floor is ruined with water and maintenance is no where to be located!

HOA is 5x as much as any other condos in pit and all they do is cut grass…..

here we are again now 2024 11% raise on HOA and not one thing to show!

They plow the roads and salt once people go to work - they replace bushes that are alive v road work or anything valuable.

Don’t buy here! Bad buy the HOA will ask for 5% of...

I owned a condo at Pennsbury when I was single. I loved everything about the community, the pool was beautiful, the restaurant was delightfully delicious and convenient in my back yard. The location spectacular as there is not ONE stoplight to downtown Pittsburgh. An ideal location for airport travel as well as business travel. Robinson Town Center was just being built. I was so happy when my 23 year old daughter visited her close friend of 12 years at Pennsbury last night. Her boyfriend bought a condo 2 homes from my home. Interesting how this happened! What a Suprise! My daughter loves Pennsbury, now she. will enjoy! 😊♥️...

One of my nieces had a shower there. It was really nice was a moderately sized room there were a ton of steps to get up there though if you wanted to do steps which was the closest way to getting there. There also was a ramp and it was much further down to get up to the area where the shower was. It seemed very nice though but one for the darn steps things would have been much better. I know if some of our old or older relatives were going to come they would have a very difficult time...
