This place is absolutely great. Family run and feel but professional quality. I've shot sporting clay here for here last few years. Always a great experience. Friendly for newish shooters (I often bring first timers with me) to the expert shooters. The course is clean and challenging. Can rent a golf cart or walk it. Parking lots are conviently placed for walking.
It's big enough that it rarely feels crowded. Prices are fair for non-members. Even have guns to rent (must buy their ammo - which is also reasonably priced).
Have hunted here only once. Pheasant hunt was a good time. Guide was excellent. Dog was well trained. Also did a duck hunt. It was my first preserve duck hunt. It's fast shooting but they'll keep releasing until you get your count.
I try to make it here at least once a month.
Cons: closes during mid summer months (though maybe for the best since bugs can be harsh there in...
Read moreAfter all the high reviews and the great reputation of the place we decided to visit in our way back to Florida after shooting the Preserve and Orvis. Great facility with a very nice lodge and two sporting clays courses with great targets. As first timers no familiar with the facility we asked for direction to the courses but received very little help from the staff at the deck . It was difficult to understand the layout of the stations without the necessary staff help since many stations have several options to shot. Hopefully this is an isolated incident since the place was highly recommended by many...
Read moreEnjoyed a fun weekend of duck hunting and sporting clays at the beautiful M&M preserve. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to accompany a day of upland bird and waterfowl hunts with. The clays were challenging, but fun to shoot and well maintained. Shout-out to the talented dogs that can find and catch the birds, alongside the kennel master Robbie who was a blast to hunt alongside .. "FIND THEM!". 10/10 would experience another day of clays and...
