Took a few minutes to write them a nice note asking them to formalize such mailing because the message that I got was so suspicious looking.
Very quickly, they responded:
Thanks - we are working on it
And
here is done free stock to say Thanks in a meaningful way.

Supplier apologized profusely that they were out of the white colored monitor that I ordered and suggested a black one since the white one would be out of stock for some weeks. I said SURE! And, I asked them to ship it express, COD for the freight!
Their response:

Instead they bundle their boards with extremely cheap and low grade parts worth a few dollars if not pennies to charge you nearly triple the price you would pay for the boards alone.
