J&M industries — Local services in Pensacola

The guys at J&M Industries are skilled beyond anything you'll find at your typical computer repair shop. Their specialization in Mac repairs is unmatched by anyone else I've sought out previously. I've now brought 5 of me and me family's Macbook Pros to them for repair ranging from malfunctioning GPUs to water damage to unknown errors, all of which were repaired thoroughly, quickly, and for money $100s less than other quotes. This group backs down from no challenge. I've brought my laptops to other storefronts who have identified the problems, but they always suggest replacement over repair. These are the guys the storefronts contract to fix your computer but with a big markup on your end. J&M didn't have to replace nearly anything and instead did all the ultrasonic cleaning, microsoldering, and even chip reballing necessary to restore our laptops back to operation and thus save you a lot of money but not having to buy new parts. Turn around is fast and the repairs are more than fairly priced. If you have a malfunctioning Mac, don't think twice, think J&M Industries. They even take deliveries if you're from out of town. THE REPAIR SHOP APPLE DOESN'T WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT These guys are truly wizards... I took my 2011 Macbook Pro (which has about 7 years of my hard work/music production on it) to an apple-approved repair shop and all they did was waste my time and charge me about $300 for their attempt and suggestion that I buy a new Macbook…. Not only did J&M Industries fully repair the issue I was having & replace the graphics card, but they also replaced the fan and still only charged me for the GPU repair that I selected. I was astounded by the service I received, every bothersome call I made for ETA’s was answered within a few rings, or my call returned within minutes. It’s truly refreshing to deal with honest people that just want to fix the problem as bad as you do. I was a little nervous about sending my precious laptop across the country, but without any other options, I took the plunge and did it – I just made sure to pack my laptop carefully & securely with a laptop shipping box and took a precaution in taping all the seams shut because I know how careless mailmen tend to be. 10/10 service. 2016 A1707 - Logic Board replacement

UbreakIfix turned it away and deemed it too much work. Sat in room for a year and I almost threw it away. Attempted repair and ended up losing the screws from inside.

If you have a Macbook that has just been sitting with a known or unknown issue, send it in for diagnostic. Understand that there are a few issues that simply cannot be repaired, but you more than likely have an issue that can. J&M prices are very affordable when compared to other shops and are a great alternative to a replacement from Back Market. They even replace missing screws.
