Journal Star — Local services in Peoria

NO STARS !! Awhile ago the delivery routes were consolidated and ever since the service has been terrible ! First my paper was thrown in the driveway (over & over even after calls to complain) literally under the paper box I have at the entrance of the driveway. The papers would be wet when it rained then sometimes not delivered at all. After many many calls I get the we're sorry sir......now its been 9 days with no paper still get the we'll expedite this to the District manager. My recent renewal check was cashed within 3 days of mailing so they have no problem with that part of their company!! For years I NEVER had an issue with delivery I wonder who thought the change to the distribution system was a good idea??? I may cancel soon !! Update 11/6/19 so its been 20 days straight without delivery and still the same response when I call everyday.... we're so sorry sir I'll expedite this to our district manager still with no paper terrible...

in a way I wouldn't recommend it for most who don't receive getting their local news paper and getting mouthed at the guy who is publishing fake half Ransom stories that are not involved even part true. I have seen and heard so many complaints on social media I wouldn't be too surprised if my recommendation got aired over the news. still, some say it's only temporary fix but I have doubt that journal star are rival's of other news stations. if this keeps happening people who have wasted their time with reading everything including not believing a word the news has to say. I say it is currupted and it needs a better way to view the truth. the man who runs this place is nothing more but a con artist and social...

Very good customer. Receiving is 7am to 3pm from Monday to Friday.. i was having 6am appointment for delievery nd was parked overnight on customer’s property as i was there on 20:45 at night..Guy named Ron Knocked my door around 4:45am and gave me dock right away,, was on dock at 0500 nd was done around 5:50 am. Also i asked for restroom nd he let me use the restroom inside the building..overall very good experience … truck access to property is marked with red nd following red mark further will take you to overnight lot… yellow mark will take you out from overnight lot to receiving docks…. Only thing to take care is its little tight backing on docks but not too...
