I had a utility pole taken out by a tree and my husband was out of town. I contacted Willis Electric for help. It was unfortunate they couldn’t help ONLY because they didn’t have a larger piece of machinery needed for the job BUT, I received a call back, from them, with other contact info. They were genuinely concerned and really wanted to make sure I was taken care of. With the contact info that was provided, I was able to get help. As he took our call, Don took the time to trouble shoot and help walk us through an issue over the phone. He scheduled an appointment to follow up (just in case) but was pleased to cancel it when he learned his advice worked like a charm.
