Amazing experience. Used this wonderful organization for both of my parents needs. I initially called after hours, but they had someone on call to answer my questions. I wanted the same casket for my dad that he had chosen for my my mom 12 years ago; they pulled her records and were able to have it shipped 6 hours to MN on short notice. Additionally, they give you a cross and will make additional ones for a small fee.

Diane was amazing to work with and explained that they would plant a tree for my father, add him to the living memorial at the New Melleray Abbey, and include him in the mass remembrance.

When I needed to speak with someone on the phone to place my order, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. So much more than crashmanship goes into everything they manufacture. Each item comes with a blessing that was said over the item by a monk from New Melleray Abbey.

This ministry serves those with a loss of a loved one and their serviceis exceptional. When my wife was in hospice, I contacted them to arrange for a handmade walnut casket. The office staff arranged delivery to the funeral home when needed and shipped extra personalized crosses later. The brothers prayed for my wife and family, then remembered her in Masses and contacted me in the year following her death.

My wife chose cremation, so we got the casket for the funeral and a walnut urn for her cremains.
