Today was our first time picking our own fruit at Cherry Hill Orchards. I have been going to the orchard store since I was a child but never chose to pick my own. We had a blast! The crew (staff) in the orchard was down to earth and really fun to chat with. They were knowledgeable and helpful to everyone in our group. The orchards were full of ripe, clean fruit. The weather was well over 90°!! I feel that having such a great experience in excessive heat really speaks volumes of the staff's courtesy and ability to relate to their customers. The store was organized and clean with lots of little extras like dried fruit, dairy and sweets. The cashiers were knowledgeable and able to answer our questions while offering great suggestions. They went out of their way to inform us about FMNP, the farmers market nutrition program and gave us a coupon that can be used during any shopping trip to the orchard. I went in with the mindset that I was not going to enjoy the experience because it's not something I typically do and the weather was so hot. I came out with a renewed love for why this orchard has been in business for so many years! Thank you for a wonderful day. We will be returning for each...

Loved the apple cider doughnuts 😋. I wanted the extra hot ones that just came out and when I asked the young lady working in the bakery department she gave a horrible attitude. I was slightly embarrassed because I was around allot of people. I was willing to wait and even pay Xtra! I like to by at least 2 -3 dozen so I can give out to family when I get home. I did complain to the staff personell and they apologized but I still didn't get what I wanted. I didn't want my day to be ruined so I just grabbed 1 donut from the front of the store. I went over to the apple orchard fields and had a blast. I LOVE 🍎 🍏 apple picking. I made my own apple cider, apple carrot ginger juice. I picked a dozen 🌻 sunflowers!!! I roasted the seeds! The seeds are tiny but really good nonetheless. They guys that work there are SO NICE !!!! they answered all my questions and were happy to explain. I love coming here but I would say don't let 1 person...

My 5 stars are for the apple picking. This is by far the best place for Fall apple picking. Apples are so fresh, delicious, and last so much longer than the grocery store. So much variety, too! My husband and I have been taking our three young kids here for the last 4 or so years and we have been very happy with their apple picking selection every time. Perfect family memories being made! Staff is always very friendly and you get a free doughnut coupon for each picker. The doughnuts are just as amazing as their apples! 😍 They have a wonderful shop of locally made desserts and flowers.

We also tried pumpkin picking here 2 years ago. Not sure if it was too late in the season that we went, but most of the pumpkins on the patch were bad. We probably won't be back for pumpkins. But we certainly will be back for their fabulous selection of apples! Thank you for the Fall apple...

What a great place. However, don't go on an empty stomach. I could have bought everything in sight! Such fresh produce in season. Black sweet cherries, black raspberries, homegrown tomatoes, and the sweetest strawberries. We bought some homegrown romaine lettuce and some sweet bi-color corn....very fresh and very sweet. What a delight. I miss Lancaster County produce. Especially homegrown. Potatoes, honey, baked goods, meat pies, their own cider, just to name a few. I also bought one of the shoe fly pie...a Lancaster favorite of mine. Not this one...made with corn syrup (shame on me for not reading ingredients)! Also a large garden center with all kinds of hanging baskets and beautiful flowers. Well worth the trip!

Excellent spot to shop for farm fresh produce, flowers and plants. We got some delicious corn and fruit. Soak your corn 🌽 in water for 30 minutes, then grill on the BBQ in the husk for 20 minutes. It is Amazing 🌽!

We had a amazing visit at this farm. It was opening day and we are visiting from florida. The farm was so big and had plenty of different varieties of fruits. I never new there was so many different types of apples. They also had sunflowers and zinnias upick 🌻🌻 after we payed for our upick fruits they gave us a ticket for free donuts from the farm store. Let's just say if you have never had a apple cider donut you are not living life. If you have never been here and looking for something outdoors to do this is the place. Pretty sure we met the farmer and he was just as friendly as ever. When we visit PA again we will definitely stop in for another visit.
