Went to this location a few days ago in search of a breaker for my electrical panel box. A nice associate was helping me confirm I was purchasing the correct one. Another associate named Tony was listening to the conversation from another isle then proceeded to interject himself into the conversation. Tony was very degrading in his comments to me. I believe because I’m a woman. He Insisted I shouldn’t buy a double 60 breaker without changing the size of the wire in the panel box. Which is a true statement. I let Tony know, I have the correct size wire inside the box. An 8/2. He became upset he couldn’t sell me a expensive wire I didn’t need. So he started repeating, I was going to burn my house down if I purchased the double 60 breaker. I felt very pressured so I purchased the double 40 breaker instead. Once I returned home and confirmed the wire size with a family member, who is an electrician. He confirmed I have the correct wire and should have purchased the double 60 breaker.
I returned to the store a few hours later to purchase the double 60 breaker. Once I got to the checkout counter, there was Tony adjusting a shelf close by. Once he noticed it was me from earlier that day, he began to say negative comments about me behind my back to a female colleague. I know this because the female employee kept saying, “Tony be nice, Tony be nice”! Looking directly at me. At this time there were no other customers around.
I will be avoiding this location from now on. The treatment of customers is very disrespectful and uncalled for. I don’t know what type of customer service training Tony received or if he received any but he needs to be retrained. In this day in age, I shouldn’t have to experience this kind of nasty behavior from any employee. This location is horrible. Never again! I will not expose myself to this type...
Read moreTry as they could, they couldn't help with my whole problem. Yesterday, I was at the Drs Office, LGH Campus. Without thinking I locked my car!! Right, locked my car. Been having trouble with the clicker part not working. (Sometimes it works, some times it doesn't). So I've trying NOT to lock the car, until I can get it fixed. Well, yesterday after coming back to my car, I couldn't get it to unlock!!!! Everything that we could think of, nothing. Call AAA, he came out, after everything we tried, he tried. Finally had to "work magic" he got the car door opened!! He said he never heard of a car key, ignition key, NOT being able to open the drivers car door, but it didn't work. (about 1hr 1/2 hr later). We were on our way. First stop today was E M HERR's!!! The answer to every car/home owners prayer!!! After checking everything again....she said the only thing she thinks that they can do is check the battery in the clicker (I had just purchased it less then 2 months ago). She took it apart to see if the battery was any good. It looked good, but that doesn't prove anything, but just in case it would work, it didnt work!!!! So she got a new battery, it worked to unlock & lock (the clicker). But I still didn't have a key to unlock the door in an emergency. She recommends that I contact where this all started at. A new computer system had to be put in May, and an all new set of keys needed to be made for the car. So back to my garage on Monday. Mostly, why I am writing this, is because as always, when E M HERR tries, and I mean, really tries, they do everything, they know to help their customer. It makes a person feel weathly, that your the riches person in the world(which I'm not, I'm also 75 yrs young) and that they are there to help you!!! God...
Read moreService department is beyond horrible and their communications absolutely stinks. Dropped my pressure washer off at the end of July because it started but would not continue to run it also needed a choke knob. Requested an oil change at the same time. Didn’t hear a peep from them for weeks. I called and they said they were waiting on the choke knob ok that’s understandable. Waited a few more weeks called again, still waiting on a part. I told them to fix it without the part. More waiting I called again. They said the part was coming next week. More waiting so I finally went down to pick it up with the intention of taking it to a different repair shop. When I got there they said it was done. Great but no one called to tell me that it was done. Got it home found a wire hanging off the on/off switch, gas line was also not installed properly and found another tube hanging off. Ran for about an hour then stopped running and repeated the original symptoms. When I called them they tried to tell me they only gave it an oil change and repaired the choke and that I never told them it wasn’t running right. Almost 8 weeks after I dropped it off it is still not working. The service department is incompetent lacks any communication skills or customer service. I called my card company to stop payment.
