So I guess if I was looking for a sign not to gamble again, and I have definitely received a sign from the universe. As you can see from the video that I posted along with this terrible review, I won almost $700 at the casino tried to cash out just like any normal person would when they win so I stick it into the kiosk back by the bar into this machine that I posted the photos. I placed my ticket in the machine and it went loco and it shut down, started to reboot do something crazy so I stopped the nearest casino attendant asked for some help waited there an hour they open the machine up took tickets out, walked away and come back with a piece of paper for me to sign saying that they could not give me the money because they had to figure out if I actually have the ticket or not, which is OK. I understand that every company has their standard of operations but again I signed a piece of paper saying they were gonna give me the money the next day once they looked at the cameras and they checked the information I let them take my ID and I left at night and said OK came back the next day. They gave me the runaround saying that they did an audit and there was the machine itself said that everything was accounted for but the the machine rebooted or lost connection with the Wi-Fi after I put my ticket in they told me there’s nothing that I could do. They were gonna have to ask the manager on duty to do an account of the tickets and I would have to come back the following week at business hours which is understandable I did that. They said that I will receive a phone call from the manager after the audit was done. I never did. I actually called Cimarron Casino back and got the runaround and finally got a call back today and they’re not giving me my money they’re giving me a portion of my money back, but not the money that I originally won on the ticket that I originally tried to cash out in the kiosk. What’s so strange to me is if I were trying to beat the casino out of their money, they would’ve had all 200 cameras focused on me and able to zoom in and see what I am doing but when I ask them to do the same to zoom in and look at the ticket to actually do an investigation. This is what they came up with to give me a portion of my money and not all of it. I will never go to this casino again and advise othe...
Read moreThe reason why I've given this casino a bad review is bc of the unprofessionalism by security and instead of escorting to the bad this first time I have never been for a delivery for point pickup ever and so the casino security made me walk around to the back of the casino instead of escorting me the back so I see that security lacks of professionalism and don't want to do there jobs so security need more extensive training to do there jobs better and also all of security needs to go to a class called professionalism bc I have worked in security law enforcement for a while now and I have never seen the lack of professionalism and I saw nothing but unprofessionalism and standing around not do nothing just standing around and I've done security for a casino and they just don't let you just stand around not do anything so what I am saying is I would like to file a formal report with the tribal council or the casino commission against the cimarron casino of the lack of professionalism and work ethics and lack of training and that the security needs to go thru work ethics class and a class called professionalism so will never be back as a customer or as a vendor for point pickup...
Read moreHere is what to do if you want to have a good time at this casino: forget it. The food was overcooked and tasteless. While we were trying to eat we watched a disabled lady in a wheelchair struggle with their electronic menu that was too high for her. She was surrounded by staff and yet no one would help her until I said something. Supposedly this lady was a regular so you would think they would know she needs help. I would assume the machine payouts are about the same as any other casino but we never got the chance to find out. Our personal experience with the staff is that they were unfriendly. While not actually rude they were bad-tempered, bureaucratic, officious unsympathetic, and callous. Judging from how we and this lady were treated they probably wouldn't even save their own grandmother from a ravenous mountain lion without orders – signed in triplicate, sent in to the business committee, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public inquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as firelighters. Sadly, this may be the only game in town for the locals but if you are driving through like we were my advice is to keep...
