I really wish there was negative stars. I went to pick up my German Shorthair Pointer the other day and she here's my truck so I get out and I point to her and call her name like I have at least 20 other times before. I go around to pick her up and a lady comes stomping out at me telling me I can't talk to mydog and was extremely rude. She decided to make up a story in her head and that didn't fly with me. I apologized and everything because I don't want anyone hurting my dog when I'm not watching. She speed thank and I told her she was welcome and warned her what was going to happen then said the b word. I called other location because they didn't answer so I get a call back and explain what happened to owner. She sat there and listened disguising herself as employee. Super unprofessional. I had a run in with another staff member telling me where I was gonna walk. Now it makes sense. If I had a boss like that I'd be angry too. I have 20 employees who love what they do and love me. My dog means the world to me not to mention she is highly trained and competes in frisbee tournaments. If a place can treat a human like that imagine what they are like with dogs when we aren't looking. They keep highly aggressive dogs there without telling anyone. My friends dog got bit there not to long ago and he left a review and her response was no record of them being there which is a lie because he is my good friend. I have let my 5 friends know what they do there. Also place is super unsanitary. They also pay yelp to erase and put bad reviews at bottom Filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well. I paid for a water party they are gonna have but they cam keep it. I'm sure they will pay to delete this as well at some point but I'll have a friend post it back up.really funny going over reviews and all the bad ones say there is no record. Trust me there is. My dog is even on their website.. AVOID AT...

Can't say enough about this facility and their staff, Our Pet Tito went to board and train, while it's not for everyone their team sat with me and my husband to go over the best option for our dog, Sarah got us set up and prepared for our dogs training, super informative, and she answered all our questions and concerns after our dog was dropped off we received update about progress along with Photos, he's now graduated and we work with Noah for home visit and refreshers when we need, super informative very educational, the staff is so open and so helpful, definitely recommend them for anything involving your pet Update: Right after this review we started to attend their weekend classes, with Jack, the amount of time and education and follow through with the team is still just amazing, Jack always clear with his instructions and if your pets having a difficult time Cassie always their to help. We always have a bit to work on, and if your pet is hesitant with anything they always make time, we continue to see such amazing progress with our dog, honestly can't recommend them enough, finding a facility that does, boarding, training, and daycare with a staff that trustworthy it difficult, but we found it, don't think we would ever go...

Noah and the other trainers do so amazing for all the stuff they have helped me with for the board and train it’s not a bad price , I thought I was going to have to put my dog down or give her to a shelter with how agressive she was getting to me , she no longer is that same dog she was 3 months ago I had some issues during the transition back home , I reached out they took her back for a few days to work on the agressive behavior to me they delivered her to my house taught me some better techinques left me some gloves to use well I got her not to show teeth or bite she no longer bites shows teeth takes stuff n knows basic commands I have a good dog now I never thought I’d have a dog this well behaved …. They do home lessons when I need help n did a EMS discount for me n my dog … i Noah is a amazing trainer so is the others there they have gone out there way to help us , my dog has issues with nails n will bite one the guys still tried to trim them and was patient … for dog daycare the price is good my dog happily walks in w the ppl n is exited to go she use to not ever be comfy to go get nails or daycare n would freak out they are great ….
