Canna Cloud — Local services in Perris

We have been to many dispensaries locally, in Palm Springs, as well as LA, and now we have visited all three dispensaries next to each other on Harley Knox Blvd. Canna Cloud is the hands-down winner on so many fronts. From the moment we entered and signed in, the hospitality started, our driver’s licenses were surrendered and the process was explained to us. Our bud tender, Danny (?) clearly knew her products and was able to suggest choices that fit our needs. There was a wide variety of flower, vapes, edibles, etc. An outside rep from Cru was also there and was able to clarify the process used in creating his vape products, thus reassuring us that the end result was safe and unadulterated. He also gave us a cool swag bag. The current discount being offered was very generous and saved us some serious cash. The attached lounge was very nice and we met some wonderful patients and other employees there. All in all, this is going to be our new go-to place. It is professionally and legally run, has a wide range of products and personnel who are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend...

So to start, security was really nice, budtender was not very bright. She's doing a disservice to customers by misleading or maybe just not understanding the product. They were out of everything I wanted so I asked for something comparable. I know I was partly to blame for not checking the product before I walked out, but I we had a bit of conversation so I just took my goods & walked out. When I got to the car, the product I got was not comparable to the one I originally asked for & it was dry to boot. I went back in to shop to ask for exchange since I felt she either misled me or she didn't know the product. Of course she refused since they have a no return policy. There are plenty of other dispensaries nearby so... First visit- last visit. They should try a little harder on customer service if they want...

I called to place an order for pick up and the girl bud tender was rude when I asked for info on the different 1/8ths they had available..I’ve been to many and I mean many shops tried many buds ..I was just trying to see which flower best suited my needs and she blatantly gave me attitude and when I said oh okay about her being rude she hung up on me! I called back to speak with the MOD (manager on duty) as I live far but still wanted to go to the shop maybe I could place my order with him as I know the bus tenders don’t own the shop they don’t care about the shops image they are just collecting a check , she answered again and said the manager was not there !
