Only rating first time experience with one of the employees, but just left this place. My grandma does not intake anything that has to do with weed and neither do I, but recently her son just passed and my family found these weed peanut butter cups that we can only find here that’s been helping her sleep. It was our first time coming here, so my grandma was nervous that it took her awhile and wanted to browse. My grandma was asking questions because she doesn’t know anything about products in a dispensary. The young lady seemed like she was over it through the fake “nice voice” and talked way too fast while making body movements as if she was in a rush. We felt rushed, my grandma even said she was embarrassed. Then after finishing us up she walked off super fast and when I looked back she went absolutely nowhere and did absolutely nothing important. My grandma spent a valuable amount of money in here as well, so it’s not like we came in for some cheap joints. We didn’t even say we were first timers to get the free joints once we got to her. As a first timers experience teach your employees that their time isn’t more valuable than the customers and they definitely shouldn’t judge because they don’t know what people are going through. Oh yea and my grandma asked about another product and the girl said it was old, guess I can give her honesty points for that one. Ok, one toke, everyone knows the rules...So I grabbed an eighth of the Ripper Haze this last Sunday, and was asked by the lady behind the counter to give some feedback. After finding out that it can (and did) put me to sleep, I don't know if it's completely sativa. I'm assuming the lines are from the old jack the ripper strain crossed with some haze.... Can't be sure.... Cause they couldn't find the information when I inquired. But upon cracking the seal and lifting the lid on my jar, a pungent aroma so familiar to sativa lovers hit my nose...I had to go back in, see if they had zig zags.... They had a good selection.... Maybe add some Randy's with the little wire.... Certified Stoner Material..... Can't go wrong. And I twisted one. The flavor was fairly decent with transferring from smell to taste after the light up.... The effect was rather cerebral, but had a comforting body buzz with it. No complaints. I placed a Weedmaps order through this dispensary and it was incorrectly placed as confirmed that it was already delivered when it wasn't. When I call to ask about it the girl that was running the dispatch at the time was very rude and refused to listen to our concerns and constantly cut us off and yelled at us on the phone. I was just asking why my order wasn't out with the other orders when I placed my order at 11:15 in the morning and she kept reinstating that there was other people in front of us and regardless I understand that there's other people there but that wasn't my question or was it my concern I just asked why my delivery was not included with the other people that had their orders at the same time. Instead of politely answering my questions she just kept going on on a tangent. I find that completely unprofessional and very inflammatory. I used to love going to this dispensary used to go there all the time when it first opened up and even after. But after the treatment of this visit I don't think I will be returning. She needs to be fired because...
